Whilst listening to the radio this week, I was (somewhat) shocked to hear the statistics on the weight of the nation: • According to a British Heart Foundation report only 39% of Men and 29% of Women achieve the recommended exercise levels • 37,000 people die every year as a result of a lack of exercise…..
