Always read the label! Personally if it’s got more than 6 ingredients in it I don’t eat it! One thing you should always look out for is hudden sugars. Some foods don’t even have the word ‘sugar’ in the ingredients list on their packaging but still have sugar in them – it’s just labelled in a different way. Hidden sugars usually end in ‘ose’ : sucrose, dextrose, maltose, fructose, lactose, glucose And you know that the nearer the beginning of the list the bigger the amount in the product.
