Saturday – a fitness write off day for so many people…. But that doesn’t mean you can’t use it to your advantage! The weather forecast is looking like a mixed bag today which will lead many of us to stay in. The beauty of this is we are coming into our spring cleaning time and believe it or not just 1 hour cleaning your house will burn around 300-400 calories! Why not do 2 hours and burn as many cals as the bottle of wine you’re going to drink tonight will put back on!
