  So its mid week workout time again and this ones more challenging than it looks!   Here’s the idea..   You start of in round one where you do 5 reps of each exercise before you rest.   In round 2 you perform 10 of each exercise and In round 3 you perform 15 of each exercise THEN – if you’re brave enough you do : Round 4 = 10 of each exercise + Round 5 = 5 of each exercise Are you up to the challenge?
