Welcome to NL45 program! Running since 2007 under the previous title as “Bootcamp” we’ve evolved over time into what we are now! Over the years and hundreds of local people we have worked with we’ve learnt exactly what works and what doesn’t and combined it all into this exciting class.
Held by highly trained instructors we’re proud that clients describe these sessions as “a 1-2-1 Personal Training style in a large group environment” meaning you never feel lost in the crowd as so many classes can make you feel.
Fun and Friendly Atmosphere
In our years of helping people reach their goals we’ve learnt that we work well with only 1 type of client – people who are driven to succeed and reach their goals while working as part of a team. In working with this type of clients we find that every member gets the best out of every session and gets to have a great time whilst doing so!
High Tempo – Mixed Ability Workouts
We’ve spent tens of thousands on education and equipment ensuring we stay at the forefront of fitness on the island.
Sessions are fast paced and exciting and involve a wide variety of equipment including:
- Body weight
- Medicine Balls
All sessions are designed to work for a wide range of fitness levels and ensue that every member gets a workout that suits their ability. We work in a fashion that means whether your a pro-athlete or a first time exerciser you will get a workout to suit you from the class.
What you get in NL45
1. Low cost sessions – Unlimited x sessions per week with a choice of session times available:
- Monday 6 am, 930am, 6pm, 7pm
- Tuesday 6am, 6pm, 7pm
- Wednesdays 6pm, 7pm
- Thursday 6am, 6pm, 7pm
- Friday 6am, 930am, 615pm
- Saturday 830am, 930am
2. An assigned coach that you can contact at any time to ensure your results.
3. Workouts that will have you:

- Improve your posture
- Improve your health
- Change the way you look at fitness programs.
4. Option to upgrade and receive nutrition advice and plans
